Hi, I'm Jessica Moody
Ten years ago, I was helping high school students figure out their futures as a College & Career Coach.
I loved it. There's something powerful about helping someone see the possibilities they couldn't see themselves.
Then I changed careers. I became a software engineer.
Which meant I had to go through the entire thing myself: learning to code, technical interviews, the anxiety of not knowing if I was doing it "right," the rejection emails, the self-doubt.
I remember refreshing my email every hour hoping for a response.
I remember wondering if my resume was even being seen.
I remember feeling like I was doing everything and nothing at the same time.
Now I'm on the other side. I work as a software engineer. I've been through the process recently enough to remember what actually worked.
And I still love helping people. Turns out, that part never changed.
So I'm combining both: the coaching experience I had a decade ago, and the job search experience I had a few years ago to help you start getting results.
